Prasadini Piyasiri – Founder/Director
Prasadini Piyasiri is a Chartered Accountant (CA ANZ) with over 25 years of international experience across New Zealand and Sri Lanka, advising businesses on financial strategy, compliance, and sustainable growth.
As the founder of TNV, Prasadini works closely with business owners, entrepreneurs, and investors to bring clarity to complex financial environments. Her approach extends beyond traditional accounting focusing on strategic insight, proactive planning, and long-term value creation.
She has deep expertise in financial reporting, taxation, and business advisory, with extensive experience managing end-to-end compliance across GST, PAYE, FBT, and income tax. Her advisory work includes cash flow optimization, forecasting, business structuring, and valuations enabling clients to make confident, well-informed decisions.
Before establishing TNV, Prasadini held senior roles within established accounting firms in New Zealand, leading client engagements, managing diverse portfolios, and mentoring accounting teams. Her earlier career in audit and corporate accounting built a strong foundation in financial systems, controls, and governance.
Known for her pragmatic and client-focused approach, Prasadini combines technical precision with commercial insight delivering solutions that are not only compliant but strategically aligned with each client’s goals.
She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Accounting & Financial Management and is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand.
